Deposit and distribution of bioresources containing the Zeocin resistance gene and/or GFP::bsr

The RIKEN BioResource Research Center (BRC) and InvivoGen have reached an agreement regarding the deposit and distribution of bioresources containing the Zeocin resistance gene and/or GFP::bsr.

Under this agreement, BRC may accept the deposit of these bioresources and distribute them for internal non-commercial research purposes.

Conditions of Use

The Limited Use Label License applies to the use of the applicable bioresources. This license includes conditions regarding selection antibiotics used for mammalian selection. For details of the conditions of use, please see the InvivoGen Limited Use Label License.

Purchase of selection antibiotics from InvivoGen is required when using plasmids containing InvivoGen material for mammalian selection purpose. This material and derived products are to be used for internal non-commercial research purposes only, regardless of whether Recipients are a for-profit or a non-profit organization. Information about commercial licenses may be obtained from outlicensing@invivogen.com.

Further transfer, provision of services, or resale of the Zeocin resistance gene and the applicable bioresources is prohibited without InvivoGen’s prior written consent.
