Diversity initiatives to support active participation
RIKEN is working to establish an environment conducive to research by diverse employees to drive the creation of new value, such as intellectual activity and the development of new industry, and to encourage innovation. The BioResource Research Center is also working to promote diversity with the aim of maximizing research and development results and pursuing creative science activities and innovation.
