Zeocin耐性遺伝子およびGFP::bsrを含むバイオリソースの寄託・提供について

理化学研究所バイオリソース研究センター（BRC）とInvivoGen社は、Zeocin耐性遺伝子およびGFP::bsrを含むバイオリソースの寄託・提供について合意しました。

これにより、BRCはこれらを含むバイオリソースの寄託を受け入れ、受領者の所属機関内部における非商業的な研究目的で提供することができます。

利用条件

対象となるバイオリソースの利用にはLimited Use Label Licenseが適用されます。このライセンスには、哺乳類細胞の選択に用いる抗生物質についての条件が含まれています。利用条件の詳細は、下記「InvivoGen Limited Use Label License」をご確認ください。

Purchase of selection antibiotics from InvivoGen is required when using plasmids containing InvivoGen material for mammalian selection purpose. This material and derived products are to be used for internal non-commercial research purposes only, regardless of whether Recipients are a for-profit or a non-profit organization. Zeocin耐性遺伝子および対象となるバイオリソースについて、InvivoGen社の事前の書面による同意なく、第三者への再提供、サービスの提供または再販売を行うことはできません。
