Research and development of technologies for embryo manipulation and stem cells

The Bioresource Engineering Division aims to develop genetics-related technologies, especially those essential for maintenance and supply of laboratory mice and stem cell lines at a high quality (cryopreservation, nuclear transfer, microinsemination (ICSI), stem cell establishment and production of model animals). In addition, we conduct training programs so that these technologies can be widely used.
