No Approval Forms Required for Fluorescent Protein Genes Developed by Dr. Atsushi Miyawaki
Dr Atsushi Miyawaki of the RIKEN Center for Brain Science (CBS), who deposited a number of bioresources, including fluorescent protein genes developed by him, with BRC, has offered that he does not require his approval when you use such fluorescent protein genes. With this offer, it will be no longer required to submit the approval form. Please note that some bioresources can also be provided for commercial use, so please contact the respective development office.
We encourage researchers to deposit bioresources containing FP genes developed by Dr. Miyawaki with BRC. Depositing these resources supports scientific progress, protects the intellectual property rights of the developers, and reduces the burden of maintaining and distributing bioresources. All bioresources deposited at the BRC are carefully managed, maintained under strict quality control, and made available to meet the needs of the scientific community.
Thank you for your cooperation and continued support. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Ms. Kusayama at tsukuba-mta@ml.riken.jp in the Director’s Office of RIKEN BRC.
