The purpose of the seminar, which marked the 20th anniversary of the establishment of BRC, was to promote collaboration with universities, research institutes, and companies located in Keihanna Science City and the Kansai area, where there is significant research activity in the field of life science, and to promote the creation of new industries in the field. Following opening remarks from Director Shiroishi, five researchers from BRC gave presentations.<\/p>\r\n<p>Unlike previous years, this year\u2019s seminar was held online using ZOOM as a measure to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
